Your project manager is your single point of contact. We'll keep you updated with regular reports on your project. Their role also entails being the central point of contact with all contract staff.

Scheduling & time management

This involves the careful coordination of all trade services and consultants. We'll ensure everything goes according to schedule and remedy the situation if there any complications

Quality control

With regular site visits we go through our checklist and liaise with contract staff remedying any issues should they arise.

Problem solving

The solution to problem solving is to adapt to change, listen and communicate, delegation, ask questions and learn from these. Done, problem solved.

Staying on budget

Cost control is very important to all clients. Our role is to understand and to control the budget for clients. This only comes through experience in the industry.
